How do you make Chinese Chicken Wings in the oven? After you toss the wings in the salt and baking powder and let everything work its magic for a few hours, it's time to bake the wings.   1. Chop garlic (big or little, however you prefer) and add to a large mixing bowl..

  8. Slice scallions on a thin bias using only the green part and sprinkle on top along with sesame seeds. Serve and ENJOY! :).
